In this 3-Days introductory workshop, meditation instructor Japneet Kaur Anand will teach the basics of mindfulness, defined as present-moment, kind awareness. Mindfulness can be cultivated both formally through meditation practice and informally by bringing more presence to our daily activities in an intentional way.
Daily sessions will include guided meditations, teachings, workbooks to reflect on, and plenty of room for questions, authentic sharing, and curiosity. Come learn tools to help increase your human potential in a way that can foster depth and meaning in your day-to-day life.
