About the Internship:-

• analyzing, researching, and writing about the various aspects of IBC
• preparing for seminars on IBC 
• assemble case law related to IBC
• briefing about latest judicial pronouncements regarding IBC 2016
• assist by preparing guidance notes and reading material in IBC (Nature of Engagement Contractual and Place of Posting Delhi NCR)

Eligibility criteria 

• Age- not exceeding 30
• Qualifications- CMA, CS, CA, L.L.B

Information Regarding Application:-

• The candidates must submit their application on google form only. Any other mode of application will be denied.
• Only the candidates who are shortlisted will be called for an interview. 
• Documents(original and copied) regarding age, qualifications and, experience should be submitted by the candidate as proof if the candidate is shortlisted.
• Online applications are advised to be submitted by the candidates.

Rules and General Information:-

• Engagement of any other occupation or holding a certificate is highly unacceptable during the period of practicing this particular status.
• An increase in remuneration will be based on the performance of the candidate after the completion of one year of the period which will be considered by IPA-ICAI.
• Engagement will be according to the rules and regulations of the IPA of the Institute in force from time to time.
• Other benefits(if applicable) will be made under the consideration of the IPA of the Institute in force from time to time.
• If the information given by the candidate is false or defective in any way then the candidate will be rejected under the supervision of the management.
• The decision of the management of the IPA of Institute will be final in the selection process.
• The management of the IPA of Institute holds the right to reject any application without any further reasons,
