Associate Software Engineer position responsible to work on automation of tasks/applications. The candidate would be part of CDO Execution team.

What you’ll do: 

• Develop applications and scripts that automate workflows for people and systems
• Analyze, and visualize large amounts of data to support business decisions
• Estimate effort based on requirements and adhering to estimates and timelines
• Follow project management and lifecycle development processes, procedures, and standards to meet high quality assurance goals
• Develop on multiple tiers of services for applications based on design specifications
• Develop and maintain requirements, system documentation including technical specifications, and application components
• Participate in various projects and new initiatives
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar required
• Minimum 1 year Java experience
• Minimum 1 year of Python experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience analyzing data with SQL
• Experience in RPA technologies such as Power Automate and Automation Anywhere
• Must have experience in Application Development with knowledge of full software development life cycle
• Must have experience and working knowledge in client technologies (XML/JSON/SQL)
• Experience with Agile methodology and working within Agile development teams.
• Must have strong aptitude for writing and testing efficient code
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills
• Must be a Team Player able to manage priorities and handle simultaneous demands
• Skills in writing Unit/E2E/BDD tests for Java/Spring are preferred
