Our team is redefining how we communicate with clients all over the world. To address some of the most pressing logistical issues facing not just Amazon but the entire industry, we are developing a new, emerging business in shipping. Program managers are required who have a background in tactical operations, a preference for process deployment, excellent cross-functional communication skills, and the ability to track projects with leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

Support the development and expansion of operations and capabilities that touch delivery, sorting, and line hauling with a direct impact on the customer. Your contribution to the management and expansion of the new Seller pick-up and consolidation operations in Delivery/Pickup Stations will be crucial. You will see to it that business operations are effective and that quality and CX metrics are met. 

As a part of this fascinating role, you will have direct influence over the customer and seller experiences. To expand the MFN (Merchant Fulfilled Network) operations, you will collaborate successfully with the Delivery Station, Sort Center, and other operational teams from various organizations. In order to define the ideal Seller experience and guarantee they have a great pick-up, the role will also work closely with the Easy Ship and Seller Flex teams.

Responsibilities

  • In charge of the MFN Operation's quality, effectiveness, and customer service at a number of Sort Centre and Delivery Station consolidation nodes.
  • Establish effective communication channels with the leadership of ATS, the AMZL Delivery Station teams, the SC teams, the regional managers and directors, and SC in order to manage/audit service quality, process improvement, and company expansion.
  • Assist in account management of our sellers' experiences with Easyship and the Seller Flex team. In Lastmile terms, be an owner of the Seller Experience.
  • Collaborate with the Easyship/Seller flex program team to implement infrastructure expansion and make sure that configuration and technology support geographic expansion and product features.
  • Input into the S&OP process to execute in accordance with the capacity/demand profile while making sure that resources and procedures support this.
  • The capacity to define business and functional needs for the Amazon technology teams to develop and improve the software tools and systems.
  • Ensure that SOPs are developed, revised, and approved with the ACES team. Also, make sure that stations and SCs are trained on them. Identify, evaluate, and document best practices for wider adoption and integration into standard work.
  • Change management: Take responsibility for and oversee the execution of "events" planning, such as plans for public holidays, prime days, and peak times. Help the DS and SC teams develop and deploy important operational and product changes on time while ensuring deliverables are met.

Basic qualifications

4+ years of increasing responsibility in a project or program.
A passion for technology and experience using systems to bring about change, efficiency, and simplification.
Strong and effective communication abilities, including the capacity to draught clear, persuading documents.
The capacity to make decisions and work independently in a complex environment.
Excellent business judgment, with a track record of coming up with ideas and finding solutions on your own.
The capacity to establish and maintain strong networks and relationships both internally and externally.
