Position: Trainee Engineer(Benefit Coding)

CTC: 2.25LPA

Career Summary

This position does basic client and group data analysis, coding, and comparisons as well as general production support while adhering to established service level agreements. helps internal stakeholders grasp simple business needs and procedures linked to the client, product, and benefit configuration solutions.

Eligibility requirements

Any graduate is eligible (must not be attending or planning to seek higher education, and must not have any outstanding debts).

The passing year for graduation is 2022.

Priorities of Responsibilities

• Utilize data from numerous sources and formats to do basic analysis utilizing knowledge of simple business principles. The data is then used for configuration tasks.
• Handle requests for changes and new work items about end-to-end benefits solutions. may specify and carry out low to medium complexity rules for product and benefit setup.
• Ensure that there are few coding errors in configuration environments and production by being in charge of less difficult verification that the given data and rule configurations fit the client demands based on the product specifications.
• Assist with and take responsibility for risk identification, documentation, and escalation throughout the configuration process.
• Responsibilities include sharing configuration status and monitoring adherence to client service level agreements.
• Other responsibilities as required or assigned.

Necessary skills

Ability to apply logical thinking and critical thinking skills 

Excellent attention to detail 

Good customer service skills with some experience working with customers, sales, and/or clients 

Good oral and written communication skills 

Ability to understand and resolve simple data relationships, data conflicts, and data discrepancies 

Ability to understand and apply business rules and configuration concepts 

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
