United Nations Development Program (UNDP) aims to help countries eliminate poverty and to achieve sustainable economic growth and human development.

Important instructions:

·      Interns are expected to support the project team in undertaking monitoring and reporting the project details implementations.

·      Participating and contributing in follow-up meetings, workshops, and consultations as needed by engaging with relevant stakeholders.

·      Ensure documentation of agendas and key points under essential meetings.

·      Any other tasks and responsibilities related to the project assigned by National Project Coordinator.

·      The candidates who are interested in applying must meet one of the following requirements:

·      They should be enrolled in postgraduate degree/diploma programs in environmental science, natural resources management, marine sciences biodiversity conservation, climate science, and policy sustainability.

·      Must be in the final year of the relevant first university degree program.

·      Have recently graduated with a university degree (as defined above ) and if selected must start the internship within one year of graduation.

·      Fluency in English, while understanding Telegu/Marathi/Odia is desirable.

·      The last date to apply for the internship is 20^th December.

·      The duration of the internship is 3 months and the expected duration of the assignment is 6 months.
