It is a single portal that connects all Ministries/Departments of the Central Government and the States.

2. The winner of the competition shall be required to submit the design in an editable and both open file format. 
3. Participants should ensure that the original designs are submitted.
4. With each entry, there should be rational original thoughts.
5. The size of the logo may vary from 5cm*5cm to 60cm*60cm in either portrait or landscape mode it should be in colored format.
