TechBee – HCL’s Early Career Program is an exclusive job program for individuals looking for full-time jobs after completing Class XII.

• Candidates undergo 12-month training for entry-level IT jobs.
• On successful completion of training, candidates are employed in full-time jobs with HCLTech.
• While working, candidates pursue their higher education with BITS Pilani, IIM Nagpur, SASTRA University, KL University or Amity University Online.
• TechBee enables students to earn right after school and makes them financially independent.

Full-Time IT Career

TechBee – HCL Early Career Program provides assured full-time jobs to completed class XII students for global career opportunities.

Financial Independence After Class XII

Students who get selected for TechBee get a stipend of INR 10,000 during an internship in live HCLTech projects.

Higher Education

• Post becoming a full-time employee at HCLTech the candidate will pursue higher education from BITS Pilani, IIM Nagpur, SASTRA University, KL University or Amity University Online while working.
• The fee for the Higher Education program is partially/fully funded by HCL depending on the graduation program.

Stipend

Stipend INR 10,000 (During Internship)

Eligibility Criteria

The exclusive program is for students who have completed class XII in 2022 or will complete it in 2023.
Students must meet the percentage criteria as mentioned below!

• For students who have completed Class XII in 2022 and 2023, the eligibility criteria are 60% across all boards.
• In case of 2 mark sheets (original and Improvement) being produced by the candidate for the same class i.e. Class 12th, all subjects with the latest marks will be considered for calculating percentage or above irrespective of any board recommendations.
• Financial assistance is arranged in a way that there is no financial burden on parents or students.
• HCL TSS is a subsidiary of HCLTech and is an approved training partner of the National Skill Development Corporation pursuant to our services being exempted from GST vide notification No.12/2017 -Central Tax (Rate) date 28-06-2017).

Selection Process

• Registration: Complete your application form to register.
• HCL CAT: Undergo Career Aptitude Test.
• Interview: One-on-one interaction with the HCLTech recruitment team
