In this journey, we came across numerous new authors/first-time authors and new writers who never got a chance to publish their books. Often new authors often feel alienated from the publishing process. The publishing process can be lengthy and uncertain.

Writing Details

This time let’s celebrate the 77th anniversary of India’s independence with a 14 day Independence Day writing contest 2023.

• Theme: Nation First, Always First.
• Write in any genre: Poetry, fiction, non-fiction, blog article,  the theme “Nation First, Always First”.

Important dates

• The contest starts on Ist August 23.
• The contest Closes on 14th August’23

Criteria for Winning

• You can write in any genre, but it should be based on the theme given. 
• The top 3 writings with the most views will be declared winning entries.
• If a writer posts two or more entries, the post with the highest views will be considered. 
• Until 14th August, we will monitor the post attracting the most attention.

Submission

Steps to follow for new writers. Those who are already registered can start writing right away. 

• First, open the website by clicking on the link.
• Click on the tab ” DIY Publishing.”
• Come to the “Free self-publishing” section and click “Start book publishing”.
• Register yourself first, then log in with your email and password.
• Now your dashboard appears.  Here you can post your writing and check videos for further reference.
