Guidelines

• The competition is open only to residents of J&K.
• The entry must be original, not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and must not infringe on the intellectual rights of any third party.
• A maximum of 02 captions per participant is allowed.
• Participants below the age of 15 years and participants above the age of 15 years can caption the photographs.
• Location (State/District/City).
• Date on which made.
• The photo captions must be clear and legible, and they should be submitted in PDF format. Handwritten entries will not be accepted.
• The entry should be original and not previously published in print or digital media.
• The entry should not include copyrighted or trademarked images and logos.
• The entry must not contain provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.

Rewards

The top five winners of the selected best entries shall be awarded cash prizes and a certificate of appreciation from the Additional Secretary, Information Technology Department, Jammu. The prize amounts are as follows:

• 1st Prize: ₹ 10,000/-
• 2nd Prize: ₹ 5,000/-
• 3rd Prize: ₹ 3,000/-
• Consolation Prizes: (02) ₹ 2,000/- each.
