About the Organization

Founded in 2008 by amphibian biologist Dr. Kerry Kriger, SAVE THE FROGS! is the world’s most effective amphibian conservation organization. We work in California, across the USA, and around the world to prevent the extinction of amphibians, and to create a better planet for humans and wildlife.

Contest Details

Amphibian populations worldwide are in the midst of a mass extinction crisis, yet many people are completely unaware! We need your help in getting the word out: we encourage all nature lovers to seek out their inner frog artist and participate in the SAVE THE FROGS! Art Contest! People of all ages, nationalities, and skill levels are encouraged to enter the contest, and we hope all schools will draw frog art on Save The Frogs Day!

The SAVE THE FROGS! Art Contest invites you to create your coolest frog artwork. The contest raises awareness of the amphibian extinction problem by getting people involved and interested, and the artwork is used on t-shirts, stickers and posters, and in greeting cards and books, to both publicize the cause and raise money for SAVE THE FROGS! amphibian conservation efforts.

The SAVE THE FROGS! Art Contest is FREE to enter. 

Who can Enter?

Anybody! People of all ages, nationalities, and skill levels are encouraged to enter the contest.

Prizes

The Grand Prize Winner will:

• Win $100 cash (INR 8,313 approx).
• See their winning artwork featured on the SAVE THE FROGS! website and across our social media networks.
• Win a year long SAVE THE FROGS! Membership.
• Receive frog fame.
• The 2nd and 3rd Place Artists will receive all of the above but NOT the cash prize.
• Many honorable mentions will also be acknowledged on the website, along with their artwork.

Contest Rules

• The Contest runs through November 1st, 2023.
• Submitted artwork must be your original creation!
• No tracing of others’ artwork.
• You may submit up to three entries per person. Teachers can submit art on behalf of all their students.
