About MyGov

MyGov is a citizen engagement platform launched by the Government of India on July 26, 2014 to promote the active participation of Indian citizens in their country’s governance and development. It is aimed at creating a common platform for Indian citizens to “crowdsource governance ideas from citizens”.

About the Digital India Citizen UPI Survey

Unified Payments Interface (UPI) was first introduced in 2016, focusing on transparency and convenience in financial transactions. Over the years, we have seen a significant uptake of applications built around UPI. Through these applications, UPI has become an important part of the digital financial infrastructure.

Against the backdrop of this growth of UPI, Digital India wants to learn about your experience and challenges of using UPI-based applications through this survey. The survey is rather lengthy because they want to give you a thorough opportunity to tell them about your experience with UPI-based applications. As a result, they request that you please bear with them and complete the survey. Your feedback will be invaluable in assisting them in providing you with a better UPI experience
