• - Impact Nurturers (Institutions): Heads of academic and technical institutions that have fostered a conducive environment for AI/AIoT innovation and implementation.

• - Impact Creators: Sign up on the AISC platform, fill in the registration form, and submit your project synopsis and video detailing your project.
• - Impact Shapers: Sign up on the AIFC platform, fill in the registration form, and submit your poster showcasing innovative teaching-learning practices and a video elaborating on your AI/AIoT journey.
• - Impact Nurturers: Sign up on the AIFC platform, fill in the registration form, and submit your poster showcasing your institution's AI/AIoT journey along with a video elaborating on the same.

What to Submit?

Depending on your category, you will need to submit:

• - Impact Creators: A project synopsis and a 2-minute video detailing your project.
• - Impact Shapers: A poster showcasing innovative teaching-learning practices and a 2-minute video elaborating on your AI/AIoT journey.
• - Impact Nurturers: A poster showcasing your institution's AI/AIoT journey and a 2-minute video elaborating on the same.

Evaluation of Entries

Entries will undergo a two-level evaluation process:

• - Level 1: Entries will be evaluated based on pre-defined rubrics, and the top 10 entries in each category will be shortlisted.
• - Level 2: Shortlisted entries will undergo evaluation by representatives from collaborators, academia, and industry experts, with the top 3 entries in each category identified based on various criteria including innovation, technical proficiency, social impact, and presentation quality.
