Call for Participation: Online National FDP on “Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Professionals” [12-17 Aug; With Certificate]: Register by 12 August

Gokul Global University, in collaboration with the Nucleus of Learning and Development, invites professionals and educators to participate in an Online National Faculty Development Program (FDP) focused on “Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Professionals.” This program aims to provide participants with practical tools and techniques to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The sessions will run daily from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, from 12 to 17 August 2024.

About the Program:
The Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Professionals” is designed to introduce participants to the concepts of a healthy body, mind, and emotions. The program will cover practical aspects such as yoga, ergonomics, emotional freedom techniques, and mindfulness practices. Through six stages, participants will gain insights into managing stress, enhancing productivity, and achieving a balanced life. The FDP is an excellent opportunity for professionals to boost their confidence, focus on well-being, and increase productivity in both personal and professional spheres.

Schedule of the FDP (7:00 pm to 8:00 pm):

  1. 12 August 2024 (Monday): Introduction to the 5 AM Club book by Robin Sharma.
  2. 13 August 2024 (Tuesday): Practical session on a healthy body through Yoga, Ergonomics, Aerobics, and Tabata.
  3. 14 August 2024 (Wednesday): Practical session on a healthy mind through Rebus Puzzles & Neurobics.
  4. 15 August 2024 (Thursday): Practical session on healthy emotions through Body Tapping & Emotional Freedom Techniques.
  5. 16 August 2024 (Friday): Practical session on healthy eating & sleep cycle for better health.
  6. 17 August 2024 (Saturday): Practical session on a healthy soul by practicing meditation & mindfulness.

Outcomes:
After attending this FDP, participants will:

  • Be introduced to the concepts of a healthy body, mind, emotions, sleep, eating habits, and soul.
  • Learn techniques to manage emotions effectively at all times.
  • Boost their confidence and focus on physical and mental well-being.
  • Increase productivity in their personal and professional lives.
