This government assistance is available to any domestic public or private enterprise, including an Indian tribe or tribal organisation, is eligible for government assistance (as defined in 25 U.S.C. 450b).See Section 51a.3 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) (a). Domestic faith-based and community-based organisations can apply for financing as well.
DESCRIPTION:
The FICDR Program's objectives are to help a National Centre to:
• Provide state, community, and tribal CDR and FIMR teams, including those who are Healthy Start award winners, with unified leadership, cohesive advice, training, and technical help.
• Encourage the development of a CDR and FIMR national case reporting system, which would include uniform data collecting and attempts to improve quality.
• Use creative, user-friendly data visualisation tools and data summaries to disseminate data and key results from the CDR and FIMR teams to inform preventative efforts.
• Assist in the translation of CDR and FIMR data and recommendations into community, state, and national practise, system, and policy change.
