What you’ll be doing?

Your role will help us attract the best people by ensuring that our rewards are in line with the market.

The role will be part of the International Total Rewards team, focused on providing support for compensation offers, internal and external, in India. Details below:

• Using compensation guidelines and procedures to determine salary offers for internal staffing and/or external hires in India.
• Ensures offers are competitive and contribute to the organization’s ability to attract, retain and motivate employees.
• Effectively works with a team in a fast-paced environment to ensure offers are completed in line with agreed SLA’s.
• Performs other compensation analysis for India, as needed.
• Participate in salary survey input for India.
• Participate in salary range review and analysis.
• Works with the compensation team to support the annual base pay increase and short term incentive processes.

You like working with data to reveal the stories they tell. You’re great at pulling together information to make fact-based recommendations. You’re detail-oriented, organized and appreciate the importance of meeting a deadline. You thrive in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
• Experience working in a Human resource department.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to communicate with senior management.
• Proficient in the latest word processing, presentation, Microsoft excel and google presentations & sheets.
