Google Kick Start Coding Competition 2022: Register by Feb 18!

Google is inviting eligible and interested candidates for its Kick Start Global Online Coding Competition 2022.

About Google Kick Start 2022

Kick Start is a global online coding competition, consisting of three-hour rounds of a variety of algorithmic challenges designed by Google engineers.

Participants can compete in one or all online rounds held throughout the year, and will have the opportunity to develop and grow their programming abilities while getting a glimpse into the technical skills needed for a career at Google (top participants may be invited to interview at Google).

The three-hour rounds feature a variety of algorithmic challenges, all developed by Google engineers so that you get a taste of the technical skills needed for a career at Google (the top competitors from our Kick Start rounds may be invited to interview at Google!).

Their rounds are held regularly throughout the year at different times so they are easily accessible to coders everywhere.

In addition to their online rounds, they are hosting several Coding Practice with Kick Start sessions throughout the competition season.

If you are looking for some extra practice, try these low-pressure multi-day practice sessions to learn more about our problems and platform with dedicated Google engineering support to get you ready for the next upcoming Kick Start round.

Eligibility of Google Kick Start

Each Kick Start Round is open to all participants, no pre-qualification needed, so you can try your hand at one or give them all a shot.

• Round A: Sunday, March 20, 2022 04:00 UTC – 07:00 UTC
• Round C: Sunday, May 22, 2022 11:00 UTC – 14:00 UTC
• Round D: Sunday, July 10, 2022 05:00 UTC – 08:00 UTC
• Round E: Sunday, August 21, 2022 03:30 UTC – 06:30 UTC
• Round G: Saturday, October 15, 2022 12:00 UTC – 15:00 UTC

Prizes

• Money prizes will be awarded in U.S. dollars and may be delivered in the form of cash, check, gift card, or other cash equivalent. You are responsible for any costs associated with currency exchange.
• Google may either ship your non-monetary prize (e.g., a t-shirt) to you or request that you come to a Google office or a designated location to collect your prize.
