In celebration of the 155th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti (GSDS), in collaboration with MyGov, is organizing an Essay Writing Competition. This is a unique opportunity for participants to reflect on Gandhi’s life, philosophy, and their relevance in modern society.

About the Organization

Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti (GSDS) is dedicated to promoting Gandhian values and ideals, engaging the public in activities and programs that resonate with Gandhi’s teachings, particularly in areas of non-violence, peace, and social justice.

About the Program

This online competition invites participants to write essays that explore various aspects of Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophies and their application to contemporary issues such as climate change, digital activism, gender equality, and more. The competition encourages creative and thoughtful discourse to honor the legacy of one of history’s most influential leaders.
