Process Associate Job Description

They are currently looking for Order Management -Billing Specialist to join our international order management in one of our Divisions.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for Billing activities.

• Processing invoices in the system based on the input from customers.
• Monitoring delivery timetables and case closure on timely basis
• Controlling circulation of documents, verifying their correctness and monitoring invoice delivery
• Actively proposing process optimizations.
• Close cooperation with various internal departments (around the world).
• GS: Act as a stakeholder/Siemens representative when communicating with customer.

Qualifications

• A university degree, preferably B.Com, BBM, BBA or MBA.
• Around 2 years of experience in Billing (gained preferably in the technical sector, SSC/BPO).
• Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP) and/or educational background in logistics.
• Candidate should be ready to work in night shift (6.30 pm to 3.30 am)
• Willingness to work for extended hours on weekdays/ weekends during month end / quarter end close
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks
