Competition for School students (Class IX-XII)
Theme:
- Innovative Idea in Science for Societal Application

Rules:
- Posters should be self made, self conceptualized.
- Posters can be hand made or made by any image software like MS-powerpoint, Paint etc.
- The participant should submit the picture/ photo of the poster in JPEG/PDF file format only (file size must not exceed 5 MB).
- The entry should be original. Entries copies from someone else will not be considered.
- The participant must be the same person who has made the poster.
- All the texts in the poster must be in Hindi or English.
- One student can present only one topic.
- Write your name, Standard, theme area and School name on the poster.
- Participants qualified for the final level will be informed through email id at least 2 days prior to their presentation slot on Zoom.
- E-Certificates to all the participants. Attractive prizes for the first three winners.

Working Model presentation
Competition for School students (Class IX-XII), UG & PG students with the theme of “Innovative Idea in Science for Societal Application”
- Any student or two students who have innovative idea in SCIENCE for Societal Application can work on it to develop a suitable working model demonstrating his/her idea clearly.
- Make a video of this model for demonstration (Max 5min).
- The video along with registration details should be submitted on the link provided below

Rules :
- Only working model will be considered for competition.
- Maximum time for each video clip is 5min. Negative marking for overtiming.

25 February, 2022 (2:30 pm-4:30 pm)- UG Students of Universities/Colleges are invited to participate on the topic “What’s better: traditional or online education?”
Instructions for participants
- Filling of registration form is compulsory for taking part in this event.
- This is an individual event. You may choose the “FOR” side or “AGAINST” side in the registration form. Once you have chosen your side in the registration form, it will not be changed.
- Each participant will have 5 minutes to present their views on the topic. After this, 2 minutes will be given for counter questioning.
- The participants are free to express their views on the topic but you must be polite, respectful, speak clearly and loudly and use grammatically correct language.
- You can speak in either English or Hindi.
- You must maintain the decorum of the event and should speak with the permission of the moderator.
- If any participant is found using malicious language or hinders the event in any manner, that participant will be disqualified.
- The judgement will be based on the content, expression, language and facts. The decision of the judges will be final.
- No entries shall be accepted beyond deadline.
- Debate will be conducted entirely online on our online platform Zoom.

The competition consists of two levels

- Level – 2: Presentation through video conferencing on zoom.
✓ Participants qualified for the final level will be informed through email id at least 2 days prior to their presentation

- Plagiarism of more than 10% will lead to disqualification.
