 Applications are invited for Guest Faculty- Humanities and Basic Sciences at IIIT Manipur for the year 2022. The last date of application is 4 May.

Eligibility

PhD and MSc in Physics: Both B.Sc. & MSc should be with First Class or Equivalent CGPA in Physics.

Candidates who have completed defense for the PhD before closing date for the receipt of the Application Forms will have to attach the Certificate / Notification mentioning that Candidate is declared eligible for award of PhD Degree.

Desirable Experience: minimum one year will be preferred in Teaching / Research / Industry.

Desirable Requirement: Candidates having PhD from CFTIs like IITs, NITs, IIITs, INIs etc will be preferred. The persons with higher qualifications & good academic record shall be given preference.

Job description

Primarily Teaching with Academic related functions.

Salary

Pay: Rs. 1500/- Per Hour, A minimum of 3 classes per Paper is required to be taken per week. The number of class works will be limited to the number of credits/hours per semester given in the curriculum of B.Tech (ECE/CSE) are minimum.

Duration

The post is on purely temporary basis and contractual in nature initially for 11 Months. The extension of the tenure shall be based on Performance and shall be at the sole discretion of the Director, IIIT Manipur.
