 Applications are invited for SRF (Chemical Sciences) Under CSIR Funded Project at IACS, Kolkata for the year 2022. The last date of application is 11 May.

“Applications are invited for the post of SRF- (CSIR sponsored project: RedoxNon-innocent…… carbaporphyrins) at the School of Chemical Sciences in the research group of Dr. Harapriya Rath.

Eligibility

Essential Qualifications: A candidate must have an MSc in Organic/Inorganic Chemistry from a recognized University/Institute with overall good academic record and minimum 4 years of research experience in any National laboratory/Institution with good publications.

Desired Experience: Experience in multi-step Organic/Inorganic Synthesis and all types of Spectroscopic Techniques. Candidates with experience in porphyrin syntheses, purification and characterization will be most preferable.

Duration

This position is temporary (one year) and can be extend maximum up to three years subject to the recommendation of the evaluation committee based on his/her performance at every six-months interval. The candidate will have no right to claim (explicit or implicit) any post in the institute.
