 Men Against Violence and Abuse (MAVA) is looking for Communications & Digital Advocacy Coordinator for their Gender Sensitization and Mentoring program for young men across India.

Role Description

• Promote a dialogue among male youth leaders on gender, sexuality, masculinity matters using varied digital media including Facebook, Instagram and Blog
• Plan and execute a calendar of social media events and campaigns that engage, inform and motivate to reach out to peers and other young men 
• Contribute towards content and visually-compelling designing of all communications and advocacy material including videos and graphics 

Desired Qualification, Skills & Experience

• Post-Graduation in Developmental Communications / Mass Media
• Excellent communications skills and experience in graphic / poster designing, video-editing, website-content development and other communications tools
• Exposure of working on gender issues and / or with women’s empowerment

Remuneration

Rs 45,000 – 50,000 p.m.
