About

Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online platform available to the citizens 24×7 to lodge their grievances to the public authorities on any subject related to service delivery. It is a single portal connected to all the Ministries/Departments of Government of India and States.

Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invites citizens to suggest a new name for the CPGRAMS that is more citizen-friendly and has better identification and recall value.

Eligibility

The contest is open to all Indian citizens.

1st Prize: 25,000
2nd Prize: 15,000
3rd Prize: 10,000

    These work are very beneficial to all the people who are roaming hither and thither for Justice. It is very important and sensitive matter I appreciate the Government rulings on this issue I suggest Name of this should be Janmanas ki Awaj Immediate Disposal
