 Chandigarh Lalit Kala Akademi organizes summer workshops for the residents of Tricity (Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali) from June 19-27, 2022.

About Chandigarh Lalit Kala Akademi

The Lalit Kala Akademi is one of these agencies responsible for the development, preservation, promotion and dissemination of visual arts in the country. There is one National body known as Lalit Kala Akademi, Delhi and various State and Union Territory academies representing different states and Union Territories of India.

About the Workshop

The summer workshop is conducted by Tricity (Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali) artists.

• Painting (Water, Acrylic & oil colors)
• Printmaking (Lino & Woodcut)

For printmaking all material will be provided by the Akademi and for painting only drawing sheets will be provided. All the participants will get the certificate of participation.

Location: CLKA Open Hand Art Studios, Le Corbusier Centre, Sector-19, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh

Timings for the Workshop

• Printmaking Workshop: June 29-July 1, 2022
• Painting Workshop: 2-3 July, 2022
• Timings: 10:30 am to 5:00 pm

Registration Fee

• Rs. 600/- for painting
• Rs. 1,000/- for printmaking

Age Limit

Above 15 years first come first basis (20 seats in each discipline total 40 seats)
