Job Description.


The purpose of the role is to provide efficient technical support to the process and actively resolve customer issues directly or through prompt reporting to meet process SLAs.

  • Support the process by managing transactions to the required quality standards
  • Respond to all customer support requests by phone and/or email politely.
  • Record all relevant end-user identifying information, including name, department, contact information, and the nature of the problem or issue.
  • RAVE system-specific availability updates to ensure process productivity.
  • Record, track, and log all queries received problem resolution steps taken, and the total number of successful and failed solutions.

Provide excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of customer inquiries

  • Provide product support and resolution to customers by diagnosing problems while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
  • Help customers navigate the product menu and facilitate a better understanding of product features.
  • Deal with all customer inquiries in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
  • Maintain logs and records of all customer requests in accordance with standard procedures and guidelines.

Build capabilities to ensure operational excellence and maintain outstanding customer service levels of existing accounts/customers

  • Conduct product training to stay on top of product features, changes, and updates.
  • Sign up for product-specific training and any other training as per customer request/recommendation. 
  • Collaborate with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training topics and learning issues to best serve clients.  
  • Update professional knowledge by participating in self-study opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
