Role: Business Development Associate.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sale of English and coding courses to our Middle Eastern clients.

• Inform clients of contractual implications and business procedures.

• Ensure that clients are aware of and comprehend the services offered by Camp K12.

• Managing technical platforms and tools, such as CRMs (customer relationship management platforms such as lead square).

• Creating "go to market" strategies for products and advertising campaigns.

• Capability to carry out ideas and conduct experiments.

Key KRAs: Sales, Funnel Management, and developing Go-to Market strategies

Attitude: Self-starter, Patient, and Little Need for Supervision

Experience: 1 to 5 years of prior experience in general selling to clients.

About Camp K12
An MIT/Harvard computer science alum (ex-Google, McKinsey) and the former CEO of Apple India founded Camp K12, a global online school for 21st-century skills. Through LIVE, interactive online sessions (1-on-1 and small-group) that take place in our interactive learning virtual classrooms and perform 10x better than current practices, we are teaching coding and STEM to children aged 5 to 18.

Hatch XR, a 3D platform created by Camp K12, is a platform that we use to better support our students' online learning. Our live online homeschool classes follow a learn-by-doing methodology and are simple to understand thanks to our intuitive teaching style, gamified course material, and use of visual aids.

Camp K12 students receive free access to their very own individual website-style portfolio in addition to the innovative live classes that support online learning. Using a personalized "Resume of the Future" website, each child can create an online learning portfolio that is college-ready. Your child's online learning courses' skills and projects are automatically imported here, and you can customize it as much as you like. It can be used to demonstrate your participation in live online classes and your attainment of certifications or skill levels to colleges, summer programs, friends, and family.

You can track your child's development after the online course with Camp K12's parent app. Regularly interact with your child's teacher, provide and receive feedback on your child's online learning, and learn about your child's progress and upcoming assignments. Additionally, we hold frequent interactive parent-teacher conferences to talk about how your child's education is progressing through our live classes online.
