Responsibilities
• Determine whether a risk is financial, operational, or information security related.
• Independently test internal controls and environmental controls for compliance.
• Based on audit/testing observations, determine the underlying reasons and provide a mitigation strategy.
• Independently coordinate with internal and external auditors Track and notify closures of any observations.
• Preparation for the audit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, virtual teams wherever.
• The capacity to prioritize effectively and to adapt as circumstances change.
Qualities we seek in you!
• MBA Graduated.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to interact with management at all levels.
• Must be able to stretch and be a self-starter and motivator.
• Must be mature enough to recognize the importance of the business and has the skills to spot risks and weaknesses.
• Must be knowledgeable about SOX, internal control testing, and other compliance inspections.
• Comprehensive understanding of AP, O2C, R2R, and MDM processes.
