Job description

Help with user tool management and intelligent solutions (Excel, Access DB, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.).
Participate as an expert in the field of automation tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and Power BI.
Lead initiatives to improve effectiveness and add value
Participate actively in projects to improve the technology system.
Ensure that the tech team completes important system upgrades.
Facilitates the development of an effective feedback loop and escalation matrix.
Plan regular training sessions and refreshers for both old and new technology.
Assist data owners in adhering to the organization's Data Risk Management policies, standards, and procedures.
To ensure compliance, communicate with stakeholders such as Market Risk, Technology, Legal Entity Compliance, QR, and Product Control.
Assist in the execution of a solid data strategy.
Examine and streamline mappings to eliminate duplications and enhance system and op model performance.
Conduct tech system surveys to advance the tech agenda and make improvements, help establish a feedback loop for the technical teams, and advance the agenda for advancement.

Technical expertise / Education

1-2 years of experience in a situation like this. Knowledge of market risk and technological aptitude are plusses.
Excellent working knowledge of some data analytics and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Python, is required.
The ability to solve problems and enhance solutions for potentially complex business challenges.
