“A female's brain is in her feet they say, the world smiles for it finds itself sustained in her shelter.”

In science, gender must not be defined, but capability must. Science is a subject that let's a human understand this whole universe, whether inside or outside this imperfect sphere called Earth. This era, where we meet science every day with greater version, trying to replace human hands with machines, behind that might be the intelligence, hard work and sacrifices of a woman. Who knows there might be many prominent women scientists in ancient India greater than Aryabhatt, who were lost in the great social myths of our land. The one who discovers something with great struggle is a true scientist. In Fact women herself is a Science sub- subject, a subject which everyone refuses to understand but once understood by all, the world will definitely flourish. In the COVID era wherein the world was indulged in finding oxygen and beds, Indian women scientists were busy finding vaccines for all over the world, undefeated, but masked. Every month she bleeds, accepting the natural beauty the nature had given her.

What is even this color segregation? Pink or blue? The women in the new era shall look at them as the colors of blood in organisms or prominent colors in space instead.

Although the world has made tremendous laws, regulations, awareness, competitions like these to spread awareness about women empowerment, Inventions and every action of a woman is justified as improper, as if this universe is perfect enough! I wish one day, there shall be no need for a word known as women empowerment.

The nations have adopted numerous constitutional rights providing women equal status, yet even today there shall be seen cases as such crimes against women.

Women are seen as the lowest level of rank, For example “Don't be as foolish as a woman” or “Don't cry like a woman! «

Trust me, although females are portrayed as emotional, at least they are open with their emotions and feelings, keeping more scope towards the world. That spirit and that energy to prove ourselves is just marvelous.

Women are seen as a competition. If a female employee gets a higher port orchard salary, there must not be a sense of envy, that leads to division of the two communities of gender.

We must accept that during MANGALYAAN in India, A women who did home science developed a way for the satellite to consume less petrol. Marie Curie died with science for science, let us take a moment for her supportive husband.

It takes a woman for a successful man to rise, but today I say “it takes the society for both of them to rise, for the nation to rise.”

Let us account this fact

A women who does most of the domestic chores, remains physically well.

She knows how to combat the comments and hence is strong when it comes to mental health.

Cooking, to maintain home, to take care of family members is itself an art! She has already developed a sense of creativity from since the beginning

The one who is the victim, knows two sides of a coin, and women truly know how this society is and knows how to rule them.

Several schemes and organizations encouraging women example - Lokmat sakhi etc. are needed and required.

There are still so many women, especially in rural villages, who are afraid of facing the actual world, they shall be introduced to proper training in getting involved.

Increasing women power is to increase far more than a horse power

To teach the youth and children about women equality.

To teach women technology, AI algorithms and even defense programs for their confidence.

To hold regular sessions for them to acknowledge the new era.

Actions as such CHULA, Evil religious practices, Poor menstrual and reproductive health, unhealthy diet, mental health problems, social pressure, economic difficulty, unemployment, education etc. Must be considered as one of the top priorities of government and every rape victim must be given fair reparations and justice.

Women shall be taught to work with unity and coordination with men and vice versa for men as well, to develop a sense of non awkwardness when it comes to development.

It shall be great to let women select their sector of area of interest such as literature, science, technology, home science, medical, engineering, law etc.

Ensuring the betterment of specially abled women as well, they must also be made accountable for development!

A human, with abilities to make dashing flying cars, though pink, blue or any, shall be made by a capable scientist in a new era.
