The women are regarded as the chunk of complex entity- almighty- neither be created nor be destroyed . Women goes in accordance of her own potentials. She can be denoted as oceanic waves that kiss the sea shore whenever desired and run on according to situation. She is the eminent Eagle which takes off to get the enormous pale blue sky if circumstances supports. She intent to be the furious inner core and the cool and calm crust which destroy and preserve at the same time whose interaction makes the model of women. Earth regarded as mother earth as it furnish the warmth, love, care, intimacy associated with the shield of protection and safety, destruction, behead the evils at the same instant in accordance of ballgame. She is the replica of love and care (for good ones) with the model to be frightened (for evils). That’s what a women is. She is similar to tablets – bitter in taste but favourable for one . She is the best synonym of multitasker.

In spite of consideration i.e. women is complex, the women are homo sapiens not aliens, it us just the outcome of individual’s perspectives – changes with the frame of reference (like in physics). Genetically too, women posses extra X in configuration of men.

Women poses special inborn qualities to radiate their light in almost fields may be due to their emotionally strengthen behaviours. The tale of highlights of women appear to dive deep towards the advancement and have screamed out loud , their contributions in ancient , mediate and future insights.

The UN Global Climate Action awards highlights dozens of diverse women -led projects- as a wide spread biking initiative in Syria , reserved rainforest deforestation in Indonesia and Chipko movement in India- showcase the critical leaderships and participations of women in addressing major problems.

Women make up only 28% of workforce of STEM and men vastly out number women in this. The gender gaps exceptionally high and the environmental, social, spiritual factors forming it’s valley more broader and wider. Even though of tremendous progress, the women are still lagging behind. Stereotypically, women are given smaller research grant, than the male colleagues , despite of representing 33.3% of all researches, only 12% of members of NSA are women . Out of 5 only 1 is the women in AI field.

Despite of having more potentials women are taken as granted in many institutions and can’t worth their potentials. The stereotyped work of women is stuffed in their subconscious mind since the initial stage. Still after stereotypes, sexual biases (explicit and implicit) , environmental factors, dual role, self doubt and systematic issues, the women are radiating their skills because of the fire in their inner core. This fire keeps them sparking as a blazing blue bright flame whose wax is granted by the supporters. Behind a successful woman, there exist a well experienced, qualified and successful woman or sometimes abortive one (woman). But the one can’t be denoted as abortive because the one prompt the thought of advancement and took up the sword to tackle the battle of perspectives.

The women contributions in Science and tech led by the outcome of Chandrayan 3 – involved Dr. Tessy Thomas, Ritu Karidhaland Kalpana K. The Iceland- leading the women progress can do so due to honesty, harmony, peace and compassion immersed by the citizens. Women require a peaceful environment where she can incline towards herself and sky – to take off.

The sky, the sustainability is tried to furnish by numerous global and national initiatives( India) – a new era to sustainability. The present of sustainability with aspect of women are drawn out by the self confident women who defined their life as – self, too. The past – golden pages of history too radiated the glory of women by adhering all the regulations within the premises of their own – Marie Curie, Dorothy Hodgkin,Kalpana Chawla, Katherine Johnson, Kadambini Ganguly and many more carved their names as the historical spots.

And now the future sights lies in today’s women fellows – will carve the next history.

Almighty- furnish a complex energy to women – the one accountable for life cycles. Women are contemplate frail but considerations can’t define the truth. The potency for parturition is much intense just like shattering our numerous bone at one instant impulsively. Then how women are frail?

Shiv is incomplete without Shakti, Adam is incomplete without Eve, Rivers are incomplete without mountains, DNA is incomplete without genes, amino acid is incomplete without protein, creatures are incomplete without nature like wise men are incomplete without women and the junction of both construct the one- the foundational basis.

Shakti (women) cannot or is a power and society misconnects that the Shakti only, is devoid of powers. The power is infinite- can preserve or demolish if not stated limitations. Spiritually, Shiv console Shakti when her powers were utmost and the destruction was at the edge- the restrictions were implemented -but to enormous power not on Shakti. If Lakshman rekha is too compact , the power will no worth and if too enormous – demolish every sort. Nature called both as अर्धनर(half man) and अर्धनारी (half woman) because both are imperfect without each other. The life expound as the road on which nature- the automobile, hasten with the contribution of engine and petrol- are interrelated and equally contributory. Both are equally profound and restrictions to be maintained- not by the creatures, it should be by nature -headmaster, who had already specified the roles. But additionally the energy carried by the women is much more- that she can perform her task and look on herself but just appeal for a back bone, so as to coordinate step by step with men.

The remote control of Shakti is and should be with nature as demolition is also required to begin a new and modified life just as dinosaurs extinction led to the culture of homo sapiens – in short to run the world. Though responsibilities are divided , if women aspire to do more, she is independent to do so.

The first existence was of both sexes, the first right is of both and can’t be taken from women.

A strong woman can stand for herself but a stronger woman can stand for everyone.
