7-Days Faculty Development Program on Addressing Workplace Sexual Harassment [Online; With Certificate]: Register by July 08

Gokul Global University, in collaboration with Nucleus of Learning and Development, is organizing a comprehensive online training program on the PoSH Act 2013. This program aims to educate participants on the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace, understanding the law, and the formation and functioning of Internal Complaints Committees (ICC).

This Faculty Development Program (FDP) focuses on the PoSH Act 2013, which addresses sexual harassment in the workplace. The program will cover the law’s definitions, types of harassment, prevention and prohibition measures, the formation of ICCs, and the complaint process. It aims to create awareness and ensure compliance with the act among working professionals.

4. July 11, 2024 (Thursday): Forming IC/LC Committee - Redressal Mechanism
5. July 12, 2024 (Friday): Complaint Process
6. July 13, 2024 (Saturday): Case Study & Post Test
