About the Program

The TechBee Early Career Program is designed for students who have completed Class 12 and aspire to start their professional journey in the IT industry. Over a 12-month training period, participants gain hands-on technical skills and become job-ready for full-time employment with HCLTech. During their employment, candidates also pursue higher education through leading institutions such as:

• BITS Pilani
• IIM Nagpur
• SASTRA University
• KL University
• Amity University Online

Eligibility

• Indian residents who passed Class 12 in 2023 or 2024.
• Mathematics/Business Mathematics mandatory with a minimum of 60% marks (for IT roles only).
• Applicants with an IIT/JEE Mains 2023 percentile of 80 or above are exempt from the HCL CAT.
• In case of two mark sheets (original and improvement) for Class 12, the latest marks will be considered.
