Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India, invites applications from eligible individuals for the engagement of two Young Professionals on a purely contractual basis. The selected candidates will assist in various organizational tasks, including evaluation, drafting, and research.

About the Organizer

Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India. It works to promote youth involvement in community development, leadership, and various national initiatives.

About the Program

This engagement offers a short-term professional opportunity for qualified young individuals to work with NYKS Headquarters in New Delhi. The role requires supporting various tasks, including program evaluation, drafting proposals, and conducting research on youth participation in NYKS initiatives.

Benefits

• Monthly Remuneration: INR 40,000 (fixed).
• Leave Policy: Eight (8) days of leave per calendar year on a pro-rata basis.

Eligibility Criteria

• Citizenship: Must be an Indian citizen.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with at least 55% marks from a recognized institution.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
• Age Limit: Not more than 32 years as of the date of publication of the advertisement.
• Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and speak English or Hindi.

Scope of Work

• Evaluation of NYKS schemes and initiatives.
• Drafting content and preparing proposals.
• Conducting research on youth participation in NYKS programs.
• Assisting in preparing reports and supporting program sections as required.
