Additional Information on Eligibility: State-recognized tribal organisations that meet the 20 CFR 684.130 definition of an Indian-controlled organisation, as well as incumbent tribal organisations State-recognized tribes that meet the standards of 20 CFR 684.130 include Alaska Native-controlled organisations, Native Hawaiian-controlled organisations, and Tribal Colleges and Universities.   DESCRIPTION:   The Indian and Native American Employment and Training Program, as authorised by WIOA Section 166, is the subject of this notice.
