     YOGA 
Yoga is an ancient method of relaxation and spiritual experience. it focus on bringing harmony between mind and body. it is an art and science of healthy living. The word yoga is derived from Sanskrit root 'YUJ' which means 'to join' or 'to unite'. The practice of yoga leads to union of individual consciousness with that of universal consciousness, bringing a perfect harmony between mind and body, man and nature. The one who experienced the oneness existence in yoga is said to be 'yogi', who attained the state of moksha or mukti. The aim of yoga is self- realization, to overcome all kinds of sufferings which leads to the state of liberation and freedom. Yoga education, aims at taking care of the individual to presumed that a good, balanced, truthful, transparent person will more helpful for oneself, family, nation and humanity. It involves meditation, movement and breathing techniques to promote physical well-beings.
           MEDITATION
Along with yoga, meditation promotes physical and mental health in a way that provide the clarity of mind needed to focus on the most important aspects of recovery. Some of its benefits are: 
          Reduced stress levels 
         Less anxiety 
          Increased self- awareness 
          Improved attention span
         Improved quality of sleep
It has power to strength our body and mind. Has healing power of removing negativities and spread positivity inside our body. the genius of yoga lies in fact that it's keeps us physically, mentally and spiritually fit. It cultivating your mind actually improve your health and happiness and add years to your life!
Stress is a silent killer, but yoga is ultimate stress reducer? When we begin to breathe deeply and focus on our poses, we reduce anxiety. Even meditation and yoga help you to get off from trauma and depression. There are some yoga poses for stress relief:  
Sukhasana { forward bend } –stretches hamstrings, thigh, and hips.
Cat-cow pose – soothes and stretches the lower back.
Savasana { corpse pose } – full body relaxation by putting body at ease.
Bridge pose – reduces anxiety, fatigue, backaches and insomnia. 
Childs pose – quietens the nervous system and lymphatic system.
Yoga as mental benefits as well as mental benefits. Yoga can help improve balance, strengthen muscles, prevent injuries and calm the mind. "It is great way to get in tune with your body and your inner self".
