Eligibility
- Master’s degree in management, organizational leadership, applied behavioural sciences, HR, business administration or related discipline preferred;
- Three years of progressively responsible professional experience in leadership development, training, organizational or policy development;
- Strong management, organizational, and planning skills;
- Demonstrated ability to lead, plan, organize, evaluate and manage projects;
- Student-centric philosophy and commitment to student success;
- Strong interest and ability to engage with students and student groups around personal, professional and leadership development;
- Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
The Project Manager will work closely and collaboratively with IITGN faculty and other stakeholders, staff, and students to organize, coordinate, and oversee leadership development programs; coordinate internal and external communication; lead the development and coordination of various reports, Website, newsletters, etc.; and support the advancement and growth of the program.
The Project Manager’s responsibilities include:
- Execution of a comprehensive and dynamic leadership programme in collaboration with students and faculty;
- Engage with and cultivate students and student groups to promote participation in LDI programs;
- Facilitate and implement workshops, lectures, and other training programmes and events;
- Develop and implement goals, objectives and project timelines;
- Support for fiscal management, development and reporting of the programme;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in developing and promoting campus-wide leadership development initiatives;
- Counsel students in professional development and leadership
- Research global best practices for enhancement and strategic development of the programme;
- Develop evaluation mechanisms and framework, including goals and objectives, metrics, monitoring, and reporting;
- Strengthen partnerships with alumni and external resource people and stakeholders to advance the programme.
