Applications are invited for Research Associate Under CSIR Funded Project at IIT Kanpur for the year 2022. The last date of application is 28 January.

Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) invites applications for the post of Research Associate in a CSIR sponsored project on “Torus Geometric Invariant Theory Quotient Of Grassmannians”.

Eligibility

PhD (awarded/submitted) in Mathematics and Related subjects with strong knowledge on the topics of the project.

Duration of Post

Twenty four months from January 25, 2022.

Job Responsibility

The candidate must carry out research work, planning and execution of project related activities, prepare report and presentations.

Salary

Consolidated Salary: Rs. 47000/- per month + HRA as per IIT Kanpur norms.

Selection

The selection committee approved by IIT Kanpur reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for shortlisting of eligible candidates satisfying qualifications and experience. Short listed candidates will be informed with an email about the date of interview (online). If shortlisted, copies of relevant certificates will be required, and be checked against original certificates at the time of interview.
