About the job.


  • Ensure prompt response to all tickets submitted by end-users.
  • Customers Resolve service requests while maintaining quality
  • parameters Control the number of tickets generated (home phone/email) /chat/IMS), and make sure to find a solution in accordance with the specified resolution time.
  • Perform root cause analysis of generated tickets and plan action to resolve the issue to ensure customer satisfaction and timeliness according to the priority of each issue, to manage the period. 
  • customer expectations and ensure no escalation.
  • Provide access to applications/users on-demand and customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Track all tickets from acceptance to settlement within the customer-specified resolution timeframe identify.
  • Maintain timely backups of critical data/logs and management resources to ensure solutions of acceptable quality to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the onsite team to resolve complex issues and ensure prompt customer service.
