DESCRIPTION.

Audible is the leading provider of premium digital audio entertainment and information on the Internet. It is an Amazon subsidiary that specializes in word-of-mouth experiences, providing digital audio editions of books, newspapers and magazines, original shows, and TV and radio subscriptions.

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform operational activities related to audiobook content. Contributors must re-read and modify the book's metadata and Audible standard descriptions using software or tools that comply with standard operating procedures. Associates were also asked to use headphones to listen to the audio for a significant amount of time while working.

Roles and responsibilities.

• Understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Analyze and identify problems in audio content.
• Understand the problem and make the best use of available resources/tools to resolve/fix the problem.
• Continually report problems or information discrepancies to the appropriate owners/teams according to standards and procedures.
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Service level agreement response and average processing times are defined for processes.
• Achieving predetermined and delivered quality standards and productivity goals.
• Individuals are required to make judgmental decisions based on observations and procedures.

basic qualifications.

Education: Must have graduated with writing or editing skills.

Work Experience: Open to refresh and experience.

Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English (written and oral).

The ability to work in a team in a highly dynamic process.
