Performance Management Specialist - Assistant Manager Role At Deloitte Hyderabad Apply Now!!!



Position Summary.


Are you passionate about doing things differently? At Deloitte, we broke the norm and are implementing new performance management (PM) approach. The PM team helps with the end-to-end process of our business. As a PM Process Specialist, you'll work with your PM Team Leader, internal stakeholders, other talent representatives, and business (BL) leaders to seamlessly execute processes PM for business.


Roles and responsibilities.

The PM specialist executes the PM lifecycle consistently and efficiently to support the assigned FSS business team. The PM specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with designated BLs and Business Advisors (BAs) and providing exceptional customer service to their large and complex business team by consulting and training on trends and performance prospects. Due to Deloitte's data-driven PM process, the PM Professional must be an analytical thinker, able to analyze data and generate report insights prior to management review.


  • Customer management.
  • Partners with BAs and BLs on their designated FSS business team to manage PM implementation and lifecycle execution.
  • Communicate across the enterprise to ensure key stakeholder engagement and involvement.
  • Evaluate and analyze PM data and highlight BA and BL insights, trends, and concerns.
  • Deloitte staff and leadership coaches on all aspects of the PM process, especially the RPM design components.
  • Collaborate with other talent pools including Resource Managers, Centers of Excellence, and Employee Lifecycle Events to implement PM processes.
  • Leverage the Office of General Counsel and Talent Relations to manage potential risks as needed.


  • Process execution
  • End-to-end PM lifecycle execution for assigned FSS business groups, including but not limited to subscriptions, ad-hoc surveys, performance snapshots, quarterly business performance reviews, talent assessment, underperforming employees, etc.
  • Use standard documents where possible to provide a consistent experience for the assigned FSS business team.
  • Solve process problems and suggest solutions.
  • Collaborate with the PM team to determine process effectiveness.
  • Share best practices with other PM professionals and managers to continue to improve PM processes and achieve efficiencies.



Qualifications Required.


  • A bachelor's degree, related years in human resource management or related experience, or a Master's degree in human resources/business management / human resources certificate with years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experienced in prior consulting with clients and managing stakeholders.

Required technical skills.

  • Interpret data and identify trends and performance information.
  • Manage PM analysts and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Apply strategic thinking, process improvement, and change management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, flexibility, and learning agility.
  • Solve problems and develop solutions.
  • Identify, report, and resolve problems effectively.
  • Handles confidential information in accordance with Deloitte Administrative Policy (APR) guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is essential.
  • Licensing, certification, and other requirements: Preferably Professional certification (PHR or SPHR if applicable)
