Job Responsibilities

  • Daily deliver quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for R2R transaction processing.
  • Process the Standard Monthly Journal.
  • Review of the Sub-Ledger vs. General-Ledger reconciliation
  • Carry out the details of the project and make sure all reporting requirements are met.
  • To standardize R2R activities, collaborate with the global process owner.
  • Create monthly schedules for reconciling the balance sheets.
  • Assist and support the team leads in the implementation of project initiatives, such as CERPs,
  • Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by offering prompt and accurate customer service.
  • Examine backlog and cycle time reports enhancing process flow rates.
  • Ensure that questions from stakeholders are answered and dealt with in a timely, responsible, and proactive manner.
  • When Team Leads give their approval, identify, suggest, and put into practice solutions for opportunities for ongoing improvement.
  • Assist new and veteran team members with accurate knowledge transfer, resource sharing, knowledge and experience exchange, and standard operating procedures to ensure that quality is upheld during any staff transition.
  • Oversee all aspects of end-to-end accounting, closing, and reporting.
  • Solid analytical abilities to comprehend process problems and offer solutions based on process requirements.
  • Promote ongoing improvements through quality-related initiatives.

Eligibility Requirements

Qualities we're looking in you

• Graduates of ACCA, CIMA, CPA, M.Com. or B.Com.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, in accordance with the country's requirements for the in-scope profile.

• Effective Negotiation Skills

• Strong focus on customer service.

• The capacity to prioritize effectively and to adapt as circumstances change.
