About job position


You will be in charge of promoting business growth inside your designated area, upholding strong client relationships, mapping territorial potential, cascading the science behind brands with their advantages, and working with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Drives company growth in the designated area by meeting budgeted sales goals while abiding by organizational policies and showing a desire in carrying out the task per supervisory mentoring.
  • Reviews and discussions are held each month to determine how the territory's sales budget will be met. Seeks guidance from ASM/RBM for developing a sales plan.
  • Determines how frequently the doctors will be contacted about the company's products. Strictly follows coverage plan and frequency.
  • Examines the potential of a region using a map and compares it to market trends and rival actions.
  • Creates profiles, evaluates potential, creates a target list, and hires new physicians by business needs. Interventions are planned and made ready to work with new doctors.
  • Attains the daily call average for appointments with physicians and pharmacists.
  • Books orders from the distributors and retailers to guarantee sufficient supply to satisfy market demand.
  • Ensures Pre-call preparation for HCPs to produce successful results.
  • Assemble and accurately submits all necessary paperwork, including stock and sales statements, promptly. Take part in the RCPA (Retail Chemist Prescription Audit) to find prospective clients.
  • Prepare and electronically sends daily reports to the area business manager detailing their day-to-day activities, including in-depth mention of doctor and pharmacy call information.
  •  Utilize technological advancements to improve field operations.


Qualifications

  1. Minimum required experience, education, and exposures
  2. Bachelor's degree in science or Pharmacy degree.
  3. Pharmaceutical sales experience must be between one and two years in length and have a proven track record of success.
