About the quiz

Divyangjan Sashaktikaran: Kitne Jagruk Hai Hum Quiz 2.0 is organized by the Ministry of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of India in collaboration with MyGov. The Government of India and the Ministry of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities are working tirelessly for the empowerment of Divyangjan through their various schemes and programs. Some of them are-

ADIP system for providing assistance to divyangjans to increase their mobility.
Scholarship program to support Divyangjan's education from pre-matric to Ph.D.
UDID scheme for the creation of a National Database for PWDs.
Creating a free environment in public buildings and places.
Skill development to empower Divyangjan to increase their employability of Divyangjan.

Rules and conditions

1. The following terms and conditions shall continue to be governed by Indian laws and judgments of the Indian judicial system.

2. Submitted contributions cannot be withdrawn.

3. The questions contained in the quiz will be based on various DEPwD schemes.

4. Entrants will be asked to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and other details as required by the entry form. By submitting their details and participating in the quiz, entrants consent to MyGov and DEPwD using that information as necessary to facilitate the quiz competition, which may include confirming entrant details, announcing winners, and paying out prizes.

5. Participants can participate in the quiz competition only once. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted or considered.

6. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to modify the conditions of the competition at any time or to cancel the competition at their discretion.

7. The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants, refuse entry, or discard entries if such cases or participation are deemed to be prejudicial to the competition, or Additionally, any entry will be deemed invalid if the information entered is illegible, incomplete, false, or erroneous.

8. The Organizers are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not submitted due to computer error or other errors beyond the Organizer's control. Please note that proof of submission of the application is not proof of receipt of the application. same.

9. Participants are obliged to comply with all terms of the quiz competition, including any amendments or other updates.

10. The judgment of the Quiz Organizer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary.

12. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the quiz organizer's decision; shall be final and binding.

13. By participating in the quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the above conditions.

14. The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify or limit the participation of any entrant if they believe that the entrant's or association's participation will harm the Quiz, the Organizers, or the Quiz Partners. If the Promoter receives registration data that is illegible, missing, damaged, incorrect, or inaccurate, registrations are void.
