DESCRIPTION:
MUREP Precollege Summer Institute (PSI) will boost historically marginalised and underrepresented high school students' engagement and retention in STEM fields, preparing them for success in college STEM degree programmes and, eventually, STEM careers. Proposers must be creative in their experience design and use evidence-based, effective techniques to help high school students build their STEM identities, skills, and knowledge. Successful proposals will identify and create relationships or collaborations with NASA centres and facilities, local STEM industries, agencies, or other groups to give high school students chances to interact with STEM professionals.
