Research Associate job description

Research Associate will work on resilience approaches in agrarian and development domains. The main emphasis will be nature based solutions to climate resilience, food and livelihood security, etc. It’s a golden opportunity for those who are aspiring for academic careers, and seeking to enhance their research skills and get PhD position in leading schools in North America or Europe.

Eligibility for Research Associate

What we look for

• Fair understanding for climate change adaptation and development issues
• Strong analytical skills, a capacity to write clearly

Essential Qualification:

• MA/ M.Sc. in any one of the following: Sustainable Development, Economics, Statistics, Environmental Sciences, Climate Science and Policy, Environmental Studies
• Desirable Qualifications: Demonstrable academic writing skills and STATA programming

Duration

Initially 12 months (with a probation for 04 months) and possibility of extension for the second year, based on performance

Research Associate Salary

Consolidated remuneration Rs.35,000 to 40,000 per month based on experience, qualification and skills.
