#LetterToRiver: Ganga River by Darshgursanjh - Glimpses of the Holy Ganga

To River Ganga,

With the melody of water lapping at my feet and the gentle rustle of leaves all around, as I sit by your peaceful banks, my heart is brimming with gratitude for everything that you have given us. You are more than just a river; you are a source of resiliency, a lifeline, and sustenance. I open my heart to you now, letting you know just how deeply grateful I am.

The heart of our culture resides within the Ganga River, with its sacred waters and rich past. You fall gracefully and swiftly from the frigid heights of the Himalayas, winding through the coronary artery of India and nourishing the country and its people with your divine presence.

You, River Ganga, are beyond just a geographical feature; you are a holy being that is cherished and honored by millions of people who come to your waters for comfort. The journey you take from the highlands to the sea is a living example of the never-ending cycle of life, death, and rebirth.Your majesty, your purity, and your capacity to arouse devotion in everyone you come into contact with have me in wonder.

Your spirit is untarnished despite the problems and pollution caused by human activities; you are a source of hope for people looking for forgiveness and rejuvenation. You are a representation of peace and purity in a world that is frequently rife with disorder and unrest. Your holy waters purify the spirit as well as the body providing comfort to the distressed and redemption to the tired.

I express my sincere appreciation for everything that you stand for and everything that you are today as I stand in front of you. We are grateful that you support life in all its forms, replenish our lands, and embody the never-ending cycle of existence. I pray that your rivers never dry up and that your heavenly presence lasts forever.

With unending love and deep respect,
Darshgursanjh
