Dear Ganga,
I am writing this letter to sincerely appreciate for all those things
you have done for us so far. You are truly amazing , and due to your
contributions this world have become a better place so far. Without you we
can’t imagine out future, no one can deny your need in their lives. But
presently we have kind of been reckless with you doing bad things with you,
wasting you carelessly, polluting you and much more. And rather then using
you we have kind of forgot to appreciate your efforts you have done for us.
You were there with us in our each phase of life, whenever we needed you, you
were there to help us . You are providing fresh water to millions of people
living in your area. Not only this your water is used in
irigation,fishing,bathing etc. still we are not expressing our gratitude to you.
You are not only a normal river but a holy river so far i have heard many
people giving example of your purity to us , but sadly we are continuously
destroying your beauty and polluting you recklessly. However presently many
different steps have been taken by goverment to protect you and conserve you
you are not only a river but a mother to us . Everyone in our country
worships you, just being with you provide us internal peace.
Today we want to take our time and appreciate everything you have done for
us and no matter how much we appreciate you we are forever indebted. We
would like to beg our pardon for whatever bad things we have done with you
until now, and promise you that from now this moment we will understand
your true value and conserve you and will never waste you.
Once again thank you for all the things you have done for me. your support
have helped in my growth in every way. I am very grateful to have you in my
life.
