Project Details

The Core Research Grant project, sponsored by the Science and Engineering Research Board, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, focuses on in-depth research in Computer Architecture, Virtualization, and the Automatic Generation of Simulators for specialized processors, including AI processors and security-enhanced processors. This project offers a remarkable opportunity for young scientists and engineers to collaborate with experienced faculty and research groups in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) Department of NIT Calicut.

Qualifications

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Essential:

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication with a minimum of 6.0 CGPA or 60% marks; OR
• Master's degree in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science and Engineering with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (or CGPA of 6.0/10); AND
• CSIR/UGC-NET qualification or GATE score.

Desirable:

• Experience in Python Programming.
• Experience in web interface development.
• Proficiency in technical writing in English.

Research Associate

Essential:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering from recognized institutions, with at least one paper published in a leading journal or Tier 1 conference; AND
• CSIR/UGC-NET qualification or GATE score.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in programming and relevant experience.
