Description of job role

Key points before applying for Capgemini

Candidate should be prepared to work from Gurgaon and be willing to sign a service agreement, which will be discussed throughout the recruiting process.

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in the virtual evaluation process, which consists of online tests and interviews. The candidate should be prepared to work in a full-time office working model for 5 days a week. The salary will initially be 3 LPA and will be revised to 4 LPA upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Eligibility criteria:

There are presently openings for women who graduated in 2022.

Minimum requirements: BCA or BSc (open for Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Statistics, Mathematics branches only)

The applicant shouldn't be behind on anything when they show up for the process.

The applicant must complete BCA or BSc in the allotted period.

Points to be noted:

These positions are only available at the Capgemini offices in Mumbai and Pune. During the training period, you might need to physically be present in one of those locations. After successfully completing the training, you'll be expected to work in a hybrid arrangement that combines time spent both in an office and at home.

When you join, you should be willing to sign a 2-year Service Level Agreement.

Must be adaptable to working from any Capgemini site, in any technology or area, and in shifts

Only shortlisted candidates will be given invitations to participate in the testing and selection process.

The whole selection process, including the exam and the interview, will be conducted online.

Candidates are in charge of setting up the necessary infrastructure for the virtual recruiting process.
